The next Crosby HOA General Session Open Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. Please note that the Meeting will take place at the Santaluz gymnasium where previous HOA Town Hall meetings were held. Immediately following the General Session, a Town Hall meeting will be conducted for Crosby homeowners only, beginning at 7:00 p.m.
The purpose of the Town Hall meeting is to provide updates on the status of the Club’s Chapter 11 proceeding and the Association’s litigation action against the owner of the Golf Club. Andrew Berman and Peter Duncan, legal counsel for the Association, will address the members of the Association. The presentations will include question and answer sessions.
An Agenda for the Open Session Meeting will be posted in the mailroom in advance of the Meeting.
Upon arrival at the Santaluz gate, please notify the gate attendant that you are attending the Crosby HOA Town Hall Meeting and you will be granted access. There is no valet parking; self-parking is readily available.
