NOTICE OF CROSBY TOWN HALL MEETING #2
REGARDING CROSBY GOLF CLUB BANKRUPTCY
May 19, 2015

A Crosby HOA Town Hall Meeting has been scheduled for those homeowners who were not in attendance at the previous Town Hall Meeting which was held on April 28^th.  Andrew Berman, litigation counsel for The Crosby Estate at Rancho Santa Fe Master Association against the Club, will address the members of the Association regarding the Chapter 11 filing by The Crosby National Golf Club.  At this meeting, Mr. Berman will present the same information he provided previously, as well as updates on the proceedings, if any.

LOCATION:  Gymnasium at Santaluz Club (Hacienda)
                         8170 Caminito Santaluz East
                         San Diego, CA  92127 

Upon arrival at the Santaluz gate, please notify the gate attendant that you are attending the Crosby HOA Town Hall Meeting and you will be granted access.  There is no valet parking; self-parking is readily available at the tennis courts and around Village Green.
